Insta-Cosplay!: Team-Up is an adult transformation comic by KannelArt — two FFVII fanboys pick Zack and Cloud for a team-up shoot, until a pair of already-transformed hotties “help” and slap the machine over to SWIMSUIT.

They strip. Masks seal. Purple goop floods the booth. Genitals invert. Fat soft tits inflate onto bare chests. When the door clanks open, two fully nude girls stumble out — long black hair and thick hips for Tifa, auburn braids and a softer build for Aerith — staring at their new bodies and the skimpy swimsuit costumes waiting on the rack.

Exit is a paparazzi nightmare: micro bikini tops, micro skirts, fans screaming “Marry me swimsuit Tifa!!” while one of them burns red and the other starts enjoying how light and bouncy everything feels. Team-up photos were the plan. Now they’re the photo op — stacked, embarrassed, and stuck in the hottest cosplay the machine would allow.
